This is a Tentative Calendar for the BSSC 2010 Season.  Please check for revisions closer to the sailing season.

2 May 2010: Spring Clean Up – Meet at the Clubhouse at 10AM to find out how you can help. Or come earlier and get your pick of the projects. It’s an opportunity to support your club, meet our new commodore, get your boat ready for the season, talk sailing with other sailors and test out the BBQ with a potluck when the work is all done.

2 May, 2010: Introduction to Race Management - Meet at the Clubhouse at 2:30PM. Learn the FUNdamentals of running a sailboat race, bring your stopwatches, and Pleasure Craft Operator’s Cards as there will be some on the water practice.  No experience necessary.  Bill & Jaime will be our teachers.

5 May 2010 – 30 June 2010: Eb’s Sunset Series of Races – Nine Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Volunteers are needed to help with running these races as well. Visit the Regattas page for more information.

12/13 June 2010: Mountain Madness Regatta – Sailors of all classes are welcome. Volunteers are needed to help with running these races as well. Visit the Regattas page for more information.

16/17, 23/24 & 30 June 2010: Sailing Lessons – Operated by the SSCA by qualified instructors. Always wanted to learn to sail. Now is the time. Visit the Lessons page for more information.

June – October 2010: Sunday Afternoon Sails – Join us again this year Sunday afternoons (once the water warms up) for a regular weekly sail. Rig your boat and hit the water with other club  members.  It’s a great chance to get some fresh air and meet some other SK sailors.

29 August 2010: The Great Cornroast Regatta- We provide the corn, you provide the fun. Volunteers are needed to help with running these races as well. Visit the Regattas page for more information.

19 September 2010: Wrap-Up Party – Get out for one last sail before packing up the club and getting things ready for winter.

December 2010: Ice Sailing – Bring your own iceboat or borrow from those that have their own. Bring your skates, skis, and snowshoes for added fun. Put a log on the fire, make some hot chocolate. The whole family can enjoy an afternoon at BSSC.
